Yes! All of our puzzles include either a label on the front of the box or a fold-up reference image inside the puzzle box that you can use for assistance when assembling your puzzle. Please note that the colors may vary slightly from the actual puzzle, due to differences in the materials the images are printed on. If you would like  a larger or additional reference image, you can also download the puzzle image from the product listing on our website and print it.

If you purchased a puzzle from our Heritage 3D Series collection, an instruction sheet is included to guide you through the assembly process. Some puzzles also have video instructions. To access the video, you can scan the QR code on your instruction sheet or visit our website, find your puzzle, and check the product description below the puzzle image. If a video is available, you’ll find it there!

No, the 3D structure and the 2D puzzle cannot be assembled simultaneously. Our Heritage 3D Series puzzles feature whimsical pieces that bring the puzzle to life, but they also include an alternative solution where specific marked pieces can be used to create a three-dimensional shape, sometimes with movement. 

Since the same pieces are used for both versions, you will need to disassemble part of the puzzle to build the 3D structure. It is one puzzle with two assembly options, rather than two separate puzzles.

Our 250-piece, 500-piece, 1000-piece, 1500-piece, and 2000-piece puzzles are designed for individuals aged 6 and up, and we always recommend adult supervision for children older than 6 assembling our puzzles.

We have a Kids Collection that is ideal for children! The pieces in this collection are larger than those of our typical puzzles. Click here to browse the Kids Collection. Adult supervision is recommended.

Our Signature Wooden Puzzles have unique shaped pieces that tell the story of your puzzle. For instance, if you purchase an ocean-themed puzzle, you will receive ocean-themed or other related puzzle pieces. If you purchase an animal-themed puzzle, you will receive animal-themed puzzle pieces or other pieces that complement the artwork you select.

Our Traditions by Mosaic Puzzles line sets a new standard for quality in the traditional jigsaw puzzle space. These pieces have a more standard, uniform shape and are made from a premium cardboard material.

We feature for some of our Signature Wooden Puzzles an outline of the puzzle's unique piece shapes in the images section of their product listing on our website.

Oftentimes, these are the actual unique piece shapes you will receive, but sometimes that image is illustrative. The pieces you will receive will always be uniquely shaped, include whimsy designs, and be related to the puzzle art you have selected.

Our Signature Wooden Puzzle pieces are anywhere between 0.5 inches - 1.5 inches large.

Our Signature Wooden Puzzles are about twice the difficulty of a similar-sized traditional jigsaw puzzle. 1000-piece puzzles are much more difficult compared to our 500-piece puzzles and 250-piece puzzles. The approximate time it takes to complete each puzzle can be found below. Your experience may vary, depending on the image you have chosen (images with more color and variety are easier to put together) and your experience puzzling!

• 50-piece puzzle: perfect for younger puzzlers, with bigger pieces that offer an easy assembly. It should take around 30 minutes to 1 hour to be completed.
• 100-piece puzzle: a delightful challenge for on-the-go adventures, balancing ease and engagement. It takes around 1 hour.
• 250-piece puzzle: suitable for both, casual puzzles and seasoned enthusiasts. Balanced complexity, 3-6 hours.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your shipping address. Please feel free to begin to check out on our website, and you will be able to see the shipping cost for your order and location.

From purchase, it takes 3-4 days to make your beautiful Signature Wooden Puzzle to order and another 2-5 business days to arrive at your door. In total, it takes 5-9 business days for your order to arrive, on average.

Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fee is calculated upon checkout. Please note that for Canadian customers, you may be charged a customs fee by the Canadian customs department (this can range from no fee to upwards of $100.00, all depending on the customs officer inspecting the package).

Yes, we do! The shipping fee is dynamic, depending on your order and location, and it will be calculated upon checkout. Please note that there may be customs duties associated with international orders, charged by the country to which you are shipping. In these cases, the recipient will be responsible for paying such fees to receive the order. These fees can vary significantly from country to country, so please verify the fees for the country to which you are shipping before placing your order, especially if it is a gift. Mosaic Puzzles is not responsible for customs duties for international orders.

We want your puzzle to be complete! We would be happy to assist you with a replacement piece. If you lost, misplaced, or damaged a piece (it happens!), there is a $9.00 fee to replace a single piece. For each additional missing piece, there is an extra charge of $4.00.

If you find a missing or damaged piece due to an error on our part, please let us know within 30 days of your order date, and we will replace your piece free of charge. After this period, there is a $9.00 fee to replace a single puzzle piece and an additional charge of $4.00 for each additional puzzle piece.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or used/opened puzzles. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Contact us at support@mosaicpuzzles.co and we will be happy to assist you.

Unopened and unused orders placed in November and December can be returned until the end of January.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Yes! We offer a wishlist feature that you can use either as a guest or from your Mosaic Puzzles account.

How to Create an Account:

1- Go to the menu bar at the top of our website.

2- Click on the account button (which looks like a person icon) and select "Create an Account."

3- Enter your name, email, and other required details to set up your account. Now you have a Mosaic Puzzles account!

How to Use the Wishlist

Once logged in, you’ll see a heart icon on the top right corner of each product. Clicking the heart icon will add the puzzle to your wishlist. To view the puzzles in your wishlist, simply click the heart icon in the top right menu of our website.

Sharing Your Wishlist

Want to share your wishlist with friends (or send a hint about what gift to get you!)? When accessing your wishlist, click the "Share" button (The "Share" button looks like an arrow pointing outward or three connected dots/line) on the right corner of the list, enter your friend's email, add a personal message, and send it! Your wishlist will be emailed directly to them. Happy puzzling!
